QNUK Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering (RQF)

This qualification provides thorough guidance in minimising risk to food from contamination, importance of temperature control, date marking, stock rotation and dealing with spoilt food. All crucial to the food manufacturing sector.

QNUK Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Retail (RQF)

Develop knowledge and gain an understanding in the importance of retail food hygiene. Participants will know how to maintain good practice in the handling, processing, and preparation of safe food. Safety procedures, risk assessment, reporting hazards and recognising spoilage only scratch the surface of this qualification. Guidance in use of protective clothing, hand washing, understanding the importance of pest control and how contamination of food can cause illness in the food retail environment.  

QNUK Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Catering (RQF)

This qualification is aimed at those in a supervisory role where food is prepared, cooked and served. Food operators can ensure compliance with food safety, legislation, monitoring of good hygiene, practice, and implement management procedures of the supervisor within a catering environment.
